We are looking for experienced architects and civil engineers (m/f/d) with professional competence in work phases 6 & 7 according to HOAI and at least 2-5 years of professional experience for challenging large-scale projects.
Knowledge in the preparation of positioned individual tenders and/or functional general contractor tenders, confident handling of common MS-Office applications as well as the tendering program Orca or comparable AVA software are required, as well as the willingness to work independently.

For our reception office in Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced part-time or full-time employee (m/f/d) with empathy and professional organizational skills, preferably with experience in the architecture, real estate or construction industry.
In addition to handling the mail and the switchboard, you will be responsible for looking after our student employees and trainees as well as entertaining our guests. You will also be responsible for managing the office cash register, organizing meetings and events and handling travel activities.
As the “soul” of our office, you are responsible for all organizational matters, take on various writing tasks, are the contact person for our team in the areas of working time recording, vacation requests, etc.
